Digital Marketing & Web Development
Buea Institute of Technology — Instructor & Digital Marketer (2019–present) Own and manage BIT’s website and social media platforms, design the school’s publicity materials, and built and maintain the BIT Student Portal. Lecture Digital Marketing, Database Management, and PHP/JavaScript to students, and liaise directly with the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training on programme design.
Higher Institute of Management Studies, Buea — Lecturer & Digital Marketer (Postgraduate) (2018–2020) Designed, implemented and evaluated digital marketing campaigns while lecturing MBA students on core digital marketing principles.
Dignity Publishing (Leeds, UK) — Online Marketer (2017) Built and promoted online sales funnels, and planned Email, Facebook, YouTube and Google Ads campaigns for a UK publishing house.

Media Production
UNDP South West Region — Service Provider (2020) Produced short and full-length field documentation video, delivered 300+ high-resolution photographs and 100+ video clips from UNDP meetings with traditional leaders, religious organisations, NGOs and civil society, and supervised a full production crew.
Travel TV Channel (Douala) — Technical Director / Webmaster (2019) Conceived programming for an online TV channel, purchased and installed production and broadcast equipment, trained on-air staff, and designed the channel’s on-screen identity, website and YouTube presence.
SNV Netherlands Development Organisation — Communication Consultant (2019) Designed bilingual (French/English) posters, flyers, brochures and booklets for SNV Maroua’s nutrition programme, and produced over 100 original graphic illustrations for training materials.

Training & Capacity Building
Technology Initiatives for Development (TI4D) — President & Trainer (2023–present) Run the TI4D tech-startup incubator and deliver training in Graphic Design, Web Design, Web Application Development and Database Modelling, alongside career-orientation counselling for participants.
Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa — Workshop Presenter (2023) Delivered a workshop on protecting human rights defenders in digital spaces, covering digital-space risk, self-protection strategies, and routine data security assessments.
Christian Blind Mission — Workshop Presenter (2021) Trained professional journalists on the features of online storytelling and practical tools for improving the visibility of their reporting online.
University of Buea, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication — Lecturer / Instructor (2010–2022) Lectured postgraduate and undergraduate students on digital environments, online persuasion, corporate photojournalism, blogging, and the fundamentals of the World Wide Web and social media in communication and PR.
Publishing & Editorial
Business Diary Magazine — Editor in Chief (2012–2013) Set editorial policy, structured each issue, assigned contributors, and oversaw production and distribution of the magazine.
Long-form: Clone Multimedia Co. Ltd
Web and Graphic Designer / Video Producer / Digital Marketer (2008–2023) Fifteen years designing, hosting and managing client websites, setting up social platforms, producing brand identities and publications, and directing photo/video/documentary production for individuals, companies and organisations — while eventually managing the company’s day-to-day operations.
